Job summary

Elite Safe & Lock near Lake Geneva, WI, is seeking a full-time Locksmith to join our road service team. Respond to service calls, diagnose lock and security issues, install, rekey, repair, and maintain residential, commercial, and automotive systems.

You will handle safes and access control, cut and program keys and fobs, document work, and coordinate with the team to prioritize urgent requests. Occasional after-hours or weekend shifts for emergencies may be required.

Qualifications

• Extensive locksmithing skills including lock installation, rekeying, key cutting, safe work, and access control systems.
• Maintenance and repair abilities for doors, hardware, and related security components.
• Basic welding skills for security hardware, doors, and frames as needed.
• Millwork experience for fitting doors, frames, and cabinetry related to lock and safe installations.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for travel to customer sites.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and safe tool use.
• Clear communication and customer service, with ability to work independently or in a team.
• Prior locksmith experience or formal training/certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and diagnose lock and security issues.
