The Facilities Group Hawaii is seeking a full-time janitor floater to service various client sites across the Island of Oahu. You will be the direct representative of the company, upholding high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include maintaining office suites, restrooms, and common areas, traveling between sites, and using proper cleaning products. Night and weekend work may be required; strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to travel between multiple client sites.
• Janitorial or housekeeping experience is highly preferred but not required.
• Clear and effective communication skills. Basic English proficiency is necessary.
• Self-starter with strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Travel to different client sites during a single shift, as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness of office suites, restrooms, and outdoor and indoor common areas.
• Understand and effectively use the appropriate cleaning products and methods.
• Be consistently reliable, efficient, and have a high commitment to service excellence.
• Demonstrate professionalism, high integrity, and self-discipline to do what’s right.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn and adopt specific TFG HI processes.
• Effectively communicate with customers and coworkers.
