The Facilities Group Hawaii is seeking janitor floaters to service various client sites across the Island. You will help maintain cleanliness in office suites, restrooms, and common areas while representing the company to clients.

Ideal candidates are reliable, self-motivated, and able to travel between sites during a shift. Nights and weekends availability is required, with potential for performance-based bonuses and a steady work location.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to travel between multiple client sites.
• Janitorial or housekeeping experience is highly preferred but not required.
• Clear and effective communication skills; basic English proficiency is necessary.
• Self-starter with strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of office suites, restrooms, and outdoor and indoor common areas.
• Flexibility to travel to different client sites during a single shift, as assigned.
• Understand and effectively use appropriate cleaning products and methods.
• Demonstrate professionalism, high integrity, and self-discipline to do what’s right.
