Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to install and service POS, pharmacy, and retail IT equipment across Denver metro and surrounding CO locations. You will travel between sites using your own vehicle, perform hardware repairs, and complete preventative maintenance with minimal supervision.

The role requires 2–5 years in IT support, ability to lift 75 lbs, and a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years IT support, retail IT equipment experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, Excel.
• HS Diploma or GED; Associate/Bachelor in CS or IT certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for POS, pharmacy, photo kiosks, and inventory systems.
• Perform software updates, hardware upgrades, and replacements with minimal supervision.
• Set up new POS terminals and configure connectivity.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and document service calls.
• Coordinate with Help Desk, Network Engineers and Software Developers.
• Ensure RMAd and parts are installed with a permanent FTS employee.
