American Family Insurance is seeking a Mobile iOS Engineer to join the Mobile team, focusing on self-service features for policyholders, collaborating from design to production observability.
This flex office/home role requires commuting to Madison, WI or Boston, MA at least 10 days per month; sponsorship not offered; compensation range is $80,000 to $131,000.
The Mobile iOS Engineer is on the Mobile team, which supports American Family's Omni-Channel strategy by delivering a consistent, high-quality digital experience for customers. You will be in a supporting role focused on enabling and improving self-service functionality for policyholders, helping drive adoption, retention, and overall customer experience. You will collaborate with the team on all stages of development, from design through production observability. You will report to the Senior Manager, Engineering.
In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from Madison, WI 53783 or Boston, MA 02110.

Position Compensation Range: $80,000.00 - $131,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.
