Job summary

Castle Builders Supply is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep concrete production plants running safely and efficiently. You will perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair mechanical and electrical systems across multiple sites.

Daily local travel is required, and you will work with a team to ensure uptime, safety, and quality in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years in maintenance.
• MIG and STICK welding for repairs and fabrication.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to diagnose 3-phase motors and control panels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain concrete plant machinery, conveyors, mixers, and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults to minimize downtime.
• Inspect equipment daily for safety and operational hazards.
• Travel locally to support multiple regional plant sites.
