Job summary

Johnson Controls Inc. is seeking skilled HVAC mechanics to support the fast-growing North America HVAC business. You'll work on light commercial and/or heavy commercial systems with advanced equipment and be part of a safety-focused team.

You will perform maintenance, repair and replacement on commercial heating and cooling systems, coordinate quotes, and upsell where appropriate while traveling up to 20% to service branch customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in commercial/industrial HVAC/mechanical troubleshooting.
• Must be a member or willing to join United Association (UA).
• EPA refrigerants license and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Support fast-growing North America HVAC business with field service.
• Perform maintenance, repair and replacement on commercial heating/cooling systems.
• Provide quotes and upsell solutions to improve facility efficiency.
• Coordinate with local mechanics, servicers, and apprentices on jobs.
