Job summary

UBREAKIFIX is seeking a Field Technician to travel to customer locations in a company van to repair devices and deliver a high-touch customer experience.

You'll split time between field visits and in-store work, driving to appointments, troubleshooting, and selling protection/tech support solutions while maintaining inventory and providing world-class service. Competitive commissions on services and products, in-house training, and potential earnings up to $75,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Six months experience with product service support or electronics troubleshooting.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive to customer's location repairing devices.
• Fulfill pre-set appointments at customer locations.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair devices.
• Explain complex technical issues to customers in simple terms.
• Ensure repairs meet UBreakiFix quality standards.
• Greet customers and provide superior customer service.
• Maintain inventory and use POS system for records.
