Advocate Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for its Hospital at Home program in Park Ridge, IL. This full-time role delivers hospital-level care in patients' homes with a 9a–9p schedule and 12-hour shifts, supporting a blended, interdisciplinary team.

Requirements include IL RN licensure, BLS, a valid driver's license, and 2+ years of acute inpatient or ED experience. Travel within the service area is expected with a company vehicle provided.

This innovative role blends the autonomy of delivering care in the home setting with the complexity of acute inpatient nursing, supported by a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
