The Edinburg Center in Marlborough, MA seeks a Clinician to join the Children's Flex Team. This mobile role serves the Central Massachusetts communities, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver family-centered mental health services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and license-eligible (LCSW/LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) with youth and family experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage youth and families in intake, including risk assessment and safety planning.
• Collaborate with families and team to complete assessments and update treatment goals.
• Lead weekly in-home therapeutic sessions with children and families; provide caregiver coaching as needed.
• Provide clinical guidance to support staff on clinical goals implementation.
• Engage in ongoing care coordination with internal and external providers.
• Participate in on-call rotation for Children's Mental Health Services.
