Heritage Imaging seeks a compassionate Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to support mobile imaging operations across sites in WA and MT. You will drive a large mobile imaging truck, assist patients, and coordinate with technologists to ensure a safe, efficient imaging experience.

The role blends patient care with driving duties, requiring safety focus, adaptability, and teamwork in a dynamic healthcare environment. On-site work at multiple locations with full-time hours and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• Driver's License required.
• Experience driving large box trucks and/or semi trucks preferred.
• BLS certification.
• 1 year of medical assistant (MA) experience preferred.
• Healthcare, patient care, medical office or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology or diagnostic imaging processes is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate a large box truck and mobile imaging unit across long distances.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and documentation.
• Assist patients and families before, during, and after imaging appointments.
• Explain imaging procedures and provide patient support; assess mobility and anxiety needs.
• Position patients and transport within facilities; support imaging technologists.
• Ensure HIPAA and radiation safety compliance; follow site procedures.
