Job summary

WVUH West Virginia University Hospitals in Morgantown, WV, seeks a CDL-equipped driver to operate the mobile imaging vehicle. This full-time role (40 hours/week) involves travel between sites, routine maintenance, and interacting professionally with patients and staff.

The driver will plan routes, maintain travel logs, and ensure compliance with state and federal vehicle regulations while supporting imaging program operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Class A Driver’s License required.
• Ability to travel and read maps, create travel plans and maintain travel logs.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate mobile imaging vehicle to assigned location(s).
• Independently conduct preservice site visits and plan safe routes and travel.
• Perform routine maintenance on the vehicle and troubleshoot with vendors to support maintenance projects.
• Facilitate and/or perform cleaning of interior and exterior of vehicle to maintain appearance.
• Act as ambassador for the Imaging program with professional interaction with internal contacts and patients.
