Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Fargo, ND is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair facility HVAC systems and related equipment across assigned buildings.

You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to service requests, use Corrigo CMMS, ensure safety procedures, and coordinate with the Facility Management team. A high school diploma or GED and at least four years of HVAC or related trade experience are required, with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have strong HVAC knowledge and hands-on maintenance experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficient with basic computer applications (Word, Excel) and CMMS software.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair facility HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to work orders.
• Monitor building systems and coordinate with Facility Management on issues.
• Record readings, ensure safety compliance and proper operation of equipment.
• Escalate problems to Customer and Manager in a timely manner.
