Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician in Cleveland, OH to join its facility maintenance team. You will inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and related systems across locations.

The role uses Corrigo CMMS to log work orders and requires a universal CFC recovery certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days. Minimum four years of building engineering experience with HVAC/R and related systems is expected, plus a valid driver's

Qualifications

• Universal CFC recovery certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment).
• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration.
• Ability to demonstrate multi-skilled technical expertise across electrical, HVAC, piping/plumbing, and material handling equipment to complete daily/weekly assignments.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license; must be available for call-in work and perform other duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment and systems to support efficient performance and equipment life expectancy.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems, equipment, and components.
• Strong focus on operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment on all HVAC/R systems.
• Complete facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting as-found conditions that impact satisfactory client occupancy and operations.
• Use CMMS systems (such as Corrigo) to update work order status in real time and maintain accurate records of past operating experiences; submit P-card receipts daily.
