Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to support multiple client sites across a designated territory. The role requires strong technical skills, proactive problem-solving, and a reliable work ethic.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in commercial building engineering with emphasis on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, plus universal EPA/CFC certification and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial building engineering, with a focus on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Universal EPA/CFC certification is required.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on commercial HVAC systems including packaged units, air handlers, chillers, and related equipment.
• Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot electrical distribution, plumbing, building automation controls, and fire/life safety systems.
• Execute work orders efficiently using CMMS technology with minimal supervision.
• Conduct facility inspections and assessments, reporting conditions affecting client operations.
• Travel to multiple client locations within the assigned territory, managing work schedules independently.

As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting multiple client sites across a designated territory. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

What's Needed?
