Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to support multiple client sites across the North Palm Beach, FL area. This role focuses on preventive maintenance and emergency repairs for commercial HVAC systems.

You will use CMMS to manage work orders, travel within the territory, and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and building automation controls. EPA/CFC certification and a valid driver's license are required, with the ability to lift up to 80 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; trade school preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in commercial building engineering with focus on HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
• Universal EPA/CFC certification (required).
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on commercial HVAC systems, including packaged units, air handlers, chillers, and related equipment.
• Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot electrical distribution, plumbing, building automation controls, and fire/life safety systems.
• Execute work orders efficiently using CMMS technology with minimal supervision.
• Conduct facility inspections and assessments, reporting conditions affecting client operations.
• Travel to multiple client locations within the assigned territory, managing work schedules independently.

As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting multiple client sites across a designated territory. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $35/hr
