Job summary

manpowe is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to support facilities across Providence, RI and surrounding areas. The role involves maintaining HVAC/refrigeration systems and performing preventive maintenance with a mobile team.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of building engineering experience, HVAC/R focus, and a valid driver’s license. EPA certification or ability to obtain within 90 days is required.

Qualifications

• EPA universal certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Minimum four years of technical building engineering experience (HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical).
• Valid driver’s license and able to store a vehicle at residence.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Conduct inspections of interior and exterior areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting systems.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs using Corrigo CMMS.
• Support emergency calls and perform other duties to ensure safety and operational efficiency.

As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the maintenance support team supporting facilities across Providence, RI and surrounding areas. What's the Job?
