The Mobile Technician will perform annual preventive maintenance within a designated geographic area, including hands-on work to meet Jones Lang LaSalle standards and guidelines.

This role involves repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building automation systems, card access systems, door & gates systems, building envelope, grounds, parking lots, interior finishes, lighting, and other related tasks associated with operating a commercial property.

Essential Functions:

1. Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems to ensure peak operational condition.
2. Identify energy-saving opportunities, including system and operational changes to reduce energy consumption.
3. Perform routine building maintenance, plumbing, and other tasks as needed.
4. Plan work assignments independently, perform duties with minimal supervision, and assist in other trades and general maintenance of buildings and grounds.

Working Environment:

• This position is truck-based, requiring travel within a specified geographic area. Must be a team player committed to working in a quality environment. Daily interaction with teams in person, on the phone, and via email is required.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA):

• Hands-on skills and knowledge to repair and maintain commercial HVAC systems, including pumps, motors, air handlers, automation/controls, and electrical systems, following all codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in using computers, Microsoft Office, web-based applications, and handheld electronic devices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage diverse relationships with team members, contractors, occupants, and clients.
• Strong knowledge of English language, spelling, grammar, and composition.
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

Minimum Required Education:

• At least 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC service and repairs or 5 years military experience involving HVAC systems.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and Motor Vehicle Report.
• Universal CFC certification is required.
