Job summary

Blanchard-Valley-Health-System is seeking an HVAC Technician to perform skilled maintenance for a 24/7 facility operation. You will keep HVAC systems running, document maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires EPA 608 certification, school diploma or GED, and at least two years of HVAC experience. Able to work on-call and possess a valid license and safe driving record.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Must obtain or possess universal EPA 608 certification.
• Two years of experience with all HVAC systems including heat pumps and glycol systems.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and procedures.
• Must have strong safety practices and be able to work independently.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and comply with fleet policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance services for residents, staff, and facility.
• Demonstrate leadership and accountability for quality customer service.
• On-call maintenance for emergencies 24/7.
• Maintain heating/cooling units and ensure proper operation.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and logs.

Skills
