Qualifications

• Must have Universal CFC recovery certification.
• At least 4 years of building engineering experience with HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical and electrical systems.
• Maintain and repair all HVAC/R systems and related equipment.
• Inspect equipment and document conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
• Use CMMS to update work orders and track statuses in real time.
