Job summary

Manpower, Inc. in Tampa is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join our Facilities Operations team. You will operate, troubleshoot and repair HVAC and other building systems across multiple customer facilities in the Tampa area.

The ideal candidate has EPA Universal certification, 5+ years of HVAC experience with commercial systems, and strong communication skills. First shift, Monday through Friday, with travel between sites and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair HVAC and other building systems across multiple client facilities in the Tampa area.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, cleaning, calibration and replacement of parts to keep HVAC systems operating at optimal performance.
• Travel between multiple customer locations throughout the Tampa area to respond to service and maintenance needs.
• Identify equipment issues, perform repairs and adjustments, and ensure work is completed in accordance with safety and facility standards.

What’s the Job?

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair HVAC and other commercial building systems across multiple customer facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, cleaning, calibration and replacement of parts to keep HVAC systems operating at optimal performance.
• Perform general facility maintenance, including light plumbing and electrical work, as needed.
• Travel between multiple customer locations throughout the Tampa area to respond to service and maintenance needs.
• Identify equipment issues, perform repairs and adjustments, and ensure work is completed in accordance with safety and facility standards.

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent and EPA Universal certification.
• 5+ years of HVAC experience, preferably working with commercial HVAC and building systems.
• Well-rounded maintenance skills with experience in HVAC, light plumbing and electrical work.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between multiple customer locations.
