Job summary

Location includes Manassas, VA and Springfield, VA with a standard business day and on-call availability. Requires Universal CFC recovery certification and 4+ years in building engineering; compensation estimated at $70,720–$76,960 per year.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R experience with refrigeration.
• Strong understanding of building systems and maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, piping, and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems and related equipment.
• Inspect equipment, document conditions, and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Update work orders in CMMS and submit receipts daily.
• Be available for on-call work and additional duties as assigned.
