Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Hybrid Mobile Technician to maintain mechanical/electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems and general building maintenance including light plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work across multiple locations.

The role covers preventive maintenance, repairs, and on-site support, with a schedule roughly 7:00–3:30 or 8:00–4:30, Monday through Friday, no on-call or weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma - GED, or trade school certification with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Universal EPA or CFC Certification.
• Basic knowledge and skills with light carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and be able to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills and analytical problem solving.
• Microsoft Office products knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Impact a range of customer, operation, project, or service activities within your team and other related teams.
• Conduct inspections and maintenance on building HVAC/R equipment, ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Solve equipment failures and determine actions for modifications and repair HVAC systems and basic building maintenance.
• Complete maintenance and repair records.
• Operate company vehicles for daily work.
• Share knowledge of HVAC/Refrigeration systems and facilities maintenance.
• Lead by example and model CBRE's culture.
• Explain technical information clearly to team members and clients.
