Heartstrings Pet Hospice is seeking veterinarians to provide compassionate in-home end-of-life care across Joliet, Kankakee, New Lenox, Plainfield and surrounding areas in Illinois. You will practice medicine on the road, in homes, with generous scheduling options and a focus on dignity and peace for pets and families.

The role offers guaranteed base salary with quarterly bonus opportunities, 401(k), PTO, health benefits, CE allowance, mentorship, and no non-compete.

Qualifikationen

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) degree required.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License required.
• Weekends on your terms; flexible scheduling options available.

Aufgaben

• Provide compassionate in-home end-of-life care and euthanasia to pets.
• Support grieving families and guide conversations with empathy.
• Practice independently with on-road visits, backed by a mentorship/onsite team.
