Job summary

Heartstrings Pet Hospice & In-Home Euthanasia in Florida invites veterinarians to practice compassionate end-of-life care in pets’ homes, where visits are scheduled to allow presence with families. You’ll work independently on the road, supported by onboarding and mentorship from the team, and enjoy the autonomy of a flexible, self-managed schedule.

Choose from 5-Day Full-Time at $135,000 base plus quarterly bonuses, 4-Day Full-Time starting at $110,000 plus bonuses, or 2–3 Day Full-Time

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS required.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance.
• Weekends on your terms: you choose the 4 weekend days per month that fit your life.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home hospice and end-of-life care for pets.
• Practice medicine that matters with time and presence, not clinic pace.
• Offer on-going mentorship and support within a collaborative team.

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
