Heartstrings Pet Hospice is seeking a compassionate veterinarian to provide in-home hospice and end-of-life euthanasia services across Jacksonville, FL and surrounding areas. You will work on the road with a supportive team, offering families meaningful, dignified care in the comfort of home.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance.
• Weekend availability on chosen schedule.
• In-home hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Practice medicine independently in patients' homes on the road, not in a clinic.
• Provide compassionate end-of-life care and guidance to families.
• Participate in a mentorship-focused team with support resources.
