Job summary

Heartstrings Pet Hospice seeks compassionate veterinarians to provide in-home end-of-life care across the Jacksonville area. You will practice medicine on the road, offering dignity and comfort to pets and families in their homes.

Qualifications

• DVM required and licensed to practice in the U.S.
• Ability to work independently delivering in-home veterinary care.
• Strong communication and empathy with grieving families.

Responsibilities

• Practice medicine with time and attention, avoiding clinic pace.
• Deliver in-home euthanasia with dignity and support for families.
• Mentor and collaborate with a team via remote guidance and onboarding.
