Anchor Health is seeking a Hospice Music Therapist to provide music therapy under the direction of the Clinical Director, tailored to each patient’s plan of care. The role supports symptom relief such as anxiety, depression, sleep difficulties, pain, and distress through individualized sessions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Music Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• MT-BC certification from Certification Board for Music Therapists is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable.
• Ability to follow safety rules, HIPAA, and facility policies.

• Directs and assists patients through music therapy to alleviate anxiety, depression, isolation, pain, and discomfort.
• Provides ongoing education to the clinical team on treatment appropriateness and contraindications.
• Maintains records and clinical notes within 24 hours of sessions and updates as needed.
