Suru In-Home Physical Therapy is expanding its network of mobile clinicians in California. We connect therapists with patients for home-based physical or occupational therapy and offer a flexible, high-frequency caseload that supports longer treatment relationships.

As a 1099 independent contractor, you bill per completed eligible visit, with weekly direct deposit and the freedom to select cases in your service area.

Qualifications

• Active California professional license in PT or OT.
• Local business license required before treating patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical or occupational therapy visits in patients' homes.
