Qualifications

• Active California professional license (PT or OT).

• Willingness to work as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical or occupational therapy services in patients' homes.
• Engage in telehealth evaluation when appropriate and coordinate follow-ups.
• Manage referrals, intake, and scheduling with Suru network guidance.
• Help patients achieve higher-frequency visits and longer treatment episodes.
