Qualifications

• Active California PT/OT license.
• Experience delivering therapy in patients’ homes is preferred.
• Willingness to work as a 1099 independent contractor.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physical or occupational therapy to patients.
• Perform assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate with Suru for intake and billing processes.
