Job summary

Adara Home Health, Inc. is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant to provide in-home PT services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. You will implement home exercise programs and demonstrate routines to clients and caregivers, documenting progress in the clinical record.

The role requires Minnesota PTA licensure, 2 years healthcare experience, good communication, and the ability to travel to multiple client homes within the St. Cloud area.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a two year PTA program leading to an associate degree and licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant in Minnesota.
• Two years experience in a healthcare setting preferred, home care experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and teaching skills; good written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatments and exercises under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Carry out home exercise programs developed by the Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrate programs to clients, families, or caregivers and reinforce instruction.
