Suru Physical Therapy Inc. is building a nationwide network of mobile outpatient PT and OT clinicians delivering care in patients' homes in California. Therapists enjoy longer treatment relationships, flexible scheduling, and a steady referral flow through the Suru app.

As a 1099 independent contractor, you’ll be paid per completed eligible visit with weekly direct deposits. An active California professional license and a local business license are required before treating patients, and

Qualifications

• Active California PT/OT license required.
• Independent contractor status with 1099 arrangement.
• Ability to provide home-based therapy across CA service areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT/OT services in patients' homes.
• Coordinate referrals and scheduling via Suru app.
• Conduct Telehealth evaluations when appropriate.
• Complete documentation and treatment notes.
• Select and accept suitable patient cases within service area.
