Qualifications

• Must pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day.

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential cleaning services according to Molly Maid standards.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize homes, clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with customers to provide them with an excellent experience.
• Work closely with other team members to complete a common goal.
• Maintain all equipment used, restock cleaning supplies, and foster a clean, safe work environment at all times.
