Molly Maid in Germantown, MD seeks reliable cleaners to service customers’ homes with Molly Maid standards. This full-time role offers no nights, weekends, or holidays and provides training, cleaning supplies, a company car, and advancement opportunities.

You will be responsible for cleaning homes, following established processes, communicating professionally with clients, and contributing to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, and perform housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7:45 am to 5 pm.
• Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards – follow our process and you’ll delight every customer; tips may be earned.
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• If team lead (driving a company car): manage the team’s schedule and drive safely; maintain equipment.
