Job summary

Central Outreach Wellness Center seeks a full-time Mobile Health/Hep C Tester to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. The role focuses on outreach, testing, care coordination, and field-based services to expand access to Hepatitis C testing and treatment.

You will perform rapid tests, facilitate linkage to care, coordinate with providers, maintain EMR documentation, and travel within a 2-hour radius to outreach sites. The position offers base salary with commission and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to be trained in phlebotomy.
• Ability to travel daily within assigned territory.
• Experience in community health, outreach, or public health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain community partnerships to expand testing access.
• Perform rapid testing for HCV, HIV, and STI screening.
• Coordinate telehealth visits and link patients to Hepatitis C and HIV care.
• Document in EMR and manage patient charts.
• Travel within assigned territory to outreach sites and patient homes.
