Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience servicing heavy equipment, aerial lifts, or diesel engines.
• Ability to read technical schematics and electrical diagrams.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical diagnostic procedures.
• Own a personal set of tools suitable for heavy equipment maintenance.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and diesel systems to maximize equipment uptime.
• Travel to various customer locations to provide on-site technical support and emergency field repairs.
• Interpret intricate schematics and wiring diagrams to accurately isolate and resolve equipment faults.
• Maintain detailed digital service records and work orders to ensure fleet data integrity.
• Manage the logistics of parts and equipment transport to streamline repair workflows.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior technicians to foster team growth.
• Uphold professional standards for service vehicle maintenance and safety compliance.
