Job summary

Crownstone Equipment, an affiliate of McGrew Management Company, is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair heavy equipment on-site at multiple Pennsylvania branches and customer sites. You will travel between locations, provide technical guidance, and support shop and field teams while upholding safety policies and delivering high-quality service.

This safety-sensitive role requires 5–10+ years of experience, a CDL, and strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years experience as technician in heavy construction or diesel equipment.
• Valid CDL (MD and PA) and ability to pass an annual DOT physical.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• General knowledge of computer systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Travel between branches and job sites to service equipment.
• Inspect machinery and identify problems using checks and diagnostics.
• Perform maintenance and repairs, including parts replacement.
• Document work in the CDK system with detailed repair summaries.
