Job summary

Heidelberg Materials in Monroe, WA, is seeking a Mobile Lube Tech to inspect, diagnose and repair heavy mobile equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections across a range of machines, troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, and maintain accurate records.

The role requires a CDL and safety-first mindset, with a swing shift 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM, four days on.

Qualifications

• Heavy vehicle mechanic journeyperson qualification or equivalent.
• Ability to diagnose and repair heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently and with others in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair heavy mobile equipment to maximize uptime.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections on multiple machines.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders timely.
• Promote a safe work environment following policies and procedures.
