This role requires strong troubleshooting abilities and hands-on maintenance across hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. With 5+ years in heavy equipment maintenance, you will work independently yet collaborate with a safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience as a heavy equipment mechanic.
• Strong mechanical skills and the ability to solve problems efficiently.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems of heavy machinery.
• Ability to read equipment manuals, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections, lubrication, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on underground mining machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective repair solutions.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to prolong equipment life.
• Carry out checks, lubrication, and part replacements as needed.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
