Job summary

Custom Truck One Source is seeking a field service diesel technician in Fort Worth, TX. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems across heavy equipment and trucks. Travel within and beyond the territory is required, with strong emphasis on safety and customer communication.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, a valid CDL or license, and the ability to provide your own tools. DOT/ANSI knowledge and diagnostic software experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of related field or shop experience.
• CDL Class B preferred, valid driver's license.
• Must provide your own mechanic tools.
• Proficiency with documentation software and time management.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment in the field and shop.
• Operate bucket trucks, aerial devices, digger derricks, and truck-mounted cranes.
• Inspect and diagnose hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Read manuals and schematics; document repairs and time entries.
• Travel within and beyond assigned territory; communicate with customers and teams.
