Job summary

Custom Truck One Source is seeking a Field Service Mechanic in Humble, TX to diagnose and repair specialized utility equipment in the field and at service centers. You will work on bucket trucks, cranes, and related machinery, with travel as required and safety training per CTOS guidelines.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of related experience, own tools, a valid license, and the ability to read schematics and use diagnostic software such as Quick Serve/DTNA. CDL-B is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Five years of related experience (Shop Tech and Field Tech).
• Must hold a valid driver’s license; CDL Class B preferred.
• Must have your own tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment in the field and at service centers.
• Read manuals and repair orders to perform maintenance and service tasks.
• Prepare inspection reports and timecards with parts costs.
• Communicate issues to the Service Manager and advise on needed work.
