Job summary
T K Group, Inc. is seeking Mobile Hearing Technicians to travel nationwide and operate company-owned mobile testing units.
The role combines independent fieldwork with customer-facing responsibilities, conducting hearing tests and ensuring proper hearing protection for industrial employees. Qualified candidates may work solo or in established teams; lodging and travel arrangements are provided, with competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year customer service experience.
- Moderate computer experience.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to constant change.
- Professional driving experience (required).
- DOT medical card for team roles is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Travel extensively across the United States.
- Operate a company-owned mobile testing unit.
- Conduct hearing tests and test sound levels.
- Instruct industrial employees on hearing protection.
- Interpret and explain hearing test results.
- Provide excellent customer service in industrial environments.
