Job summary

FMOL Health seeks a Mobile Unit Operator to manage the on-site operations of the health unit, register patients in the EMR, verify insurance, and ensure an exceptional patient experience.

The role may involve light maintenance and presentation duties, with a focus on accuracy, customer service, and adherence to safety protocols. A Class D CDL and driving experience are required, with potential for ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1 year in customer service; Bachelor's degree or CDL may substitute for experience.
• 5 years with good driving experience, 2 years operating a commercial vehicle.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 3 years and zero DUI or reckless driving convictions.
• Periodic motor vehicle/driving record checks may be obtained during employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the mobile health unit and ensure timely maintenance logs.
• Register patients in the EMR and verify insurance coverage.
• Assist patients and guests on/off the mobile unit and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
• Provide support to clinic operations and guide patients through the visit flow to ensure a best-in-class experience.
• Support DOT-related reporting and participate in fleet safety programs as required.
