Job summary

On-Site Health & Safety seeks a Field Technician to respond to workplace injuries, perform first aid, and document incidents across industrial sites. You’ll manage a personal route between sites in a take-home company vehicle, delivering timely health services in demanding environments.

The role offers $24–$27 per hour plus on-call and weekend bonuses, tuition assistance, and a certified phlebotomy pathway. Full-time, part-time, and PRN options with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have EMT, AEMT, Paramedic or Military Medic experience.
• Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse license required.
• Able to obtain phlebotomy certification through our pathway.
• Minimum 21 years old and insurable driver.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication and teamwork under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Respond to workplace injuries and provide first aid.
• Complete incident reports and site documentation.
• Perform health screenings and testing.
• Perform phlebotomy after completing our certification pathway.
• Support worksite health and safety compliance.
• Be a steady, trusted presence for the crews you work with.
