Greater Seacoast Health is hiring a Mobile Health Medical Assistant to bring clinical care and outreach to communities in Portsmouth, NH. This role blends clinical duties with community-based support, traveling with mobile units and school programs to improve access to care.

The ideal candidate has MA certification or an Associate's degree, is BLS certified, and comfortable working in clinic and community settings. Compensation is hourly with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant Certification, Registration, and/or Two-Year Associate's Degree are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare clinical spaces and mobile units for patient visits.
• Take and document vital signs.
• Collect specimens.
• Assist with procedures and immunizations.
• Support patient intake and rooming.
• Document information in the electronic health record.
• Educate patients about preventive care and follow-up instructions.
• Maintain safe, clean, organized care environments.
• Provide respectful, culturally responsive, patient-centered care.
• Help connect patients with care and resources.
• Assist with patient registration and scheduling.
• Maintain patient charts and referrals.
• Connect patients with community resources and social services.
• Maintain records for service, inventory, and infection control.
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement.
• Support other Greater Seacoast Health programs.
