Job summary

State of Maryland seeks a detail-oriented professional to coordinate mobile health maternal and child health home visiting programs regionally. The role includes supervising a multidisciplinary team of community health workers, nurses and allied health professionals.

You will assist with program planning, build partner engagement, manage referrals, and oversee data collection and reporting to support program growth and accountability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of professional experience coordinating health-related programs or referring people to resources.
• Substitution: 30 college credits may substitute for the required experience.
• Military service substitutions for health-related classifications or Civil Affairs roles may apply per notes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional implementation and expansion of mobile health maternal/child health home visiting.
• Supervise community health workers, nurses, and allied health professionals.
