Dignity Health Medical Foundation operates a Mobile Health Clinic and is seeking a Mobile Medical Assistant (MMA) to provide clinical care in a mobile setting and manage clinic operations including safe vehicle transport and setup.

The MMA will prepare patients, record vital signs, administer medications, and maintain meticulous EHR documentation, while ensuring a clean, safe, and professional environment for pediatric and adult patients during 8–10 hour shifts.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED.
• Formal Medical Assistant program completion as per state requirements.
• Experience driving/maintaining large rigs (buses, fire engines, large Class A RVs).
• Six months of outpatient EMR experience; Cerner preferred.
• California Driver's License (CA).
• CPR and First Aid certification upon hire.

Aufgaben

• Register patients and schedule in the EHR.
• Prepare patients for exams; record vital signs.
• Administer medications per physician order and document care.
• Maintain clean, safe clinical environment and provide excellent customer service.
• Transport the mobile clinic to sites; set up and teardown; perform routine maintenance.
• Serve as Safety Coordinator; report incidents.
• Provide care across infancy to older ages, with pediatric focus.
