Job summary

The role combines driving with patient registration, financial assistance processing, and coordinating with families, providers, and insurers to verify information and ensure timely services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDL Class B with airbrakes required.
• 2 years driving experience with a commercial vehicle preferred.
• 2 years patient access or registration experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive the Mobile Health Center vehicle to/from partner sites.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine maintenance.
• Assist with patient registration and financial assistance processes.
• Verify insurance coverage and assist with authorization processes as needed.
• Collect and input demographic and financial information into the electronic system.
