Job summary

MedStar Health is seeking a Mobile Health Center Driver/Patient Access Coordinator in Baltimore, MD. This role involves safely transporting the MHC vehicle, assisting with patient registration and insurance verification, and supporting care access for underserved communities.

Qualifications

• Requires a CDL Class B license with air brakes.
• Experience in driving and maintaining a commercial vehicle.
• Customer service experience and healthcare exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive the Mobile Health Center to community sites and events.
• Assist with patient registration, insurance verification and financial assistance processes.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, inventory and logs (mileage, inspections).
• Collaborate with patients families, providers and staff to ensure access to care.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

CDL Training/Certification

Hazmat certification preferred
